Day
Tours of the Somme Battlefields in France
I had the pleasure of a
tour with Léa. She is passionate about her beautiful country
and passing on the knowledge of the AIF in France, with great honour
and dignity. During the tour I was able to gain a deeper understanding
of the horrors faced by the AIF, their achievements and everything
in between. Léa conveyed her knowledge professionally, with
emotion in perfect balance. Every Australian who visits France should,
nay, must, take this tour. Thank you. Craig (November 2011)
We wanted to pass on feedback to let
you know what a fabulous Battlefields Tour in France our family
had. My husband had been in touch with you prior to our visit to
provide some specific information on relatives he wanted to track
down during our tour visiting Villers Bretonneux and Brie cemeteries.
Our guide Leah had done some fantastic research which made the day
so much more personal and interesting. Leah gave us so much extra
information about all the places we visited and passed along the
way. We couldn’t have asked for a better tour and would certainly
recommend your company to anyone seeking a similar experience. It
was well worth the money, and the effort of getting from Paris to
Amiens by train early on a winter’s morning in France! Thank
you. Helen, Paul & Sarah (20 December 2011)
We have returned from our trip to France
and I wanted to write to express my thanks for a wonderful tour
of the Somme. Lea was our guide for the day and she was excellent,
very knowledgeable and really gave us a true understanding of what
went on all those years ago. We also had time to visit one of our
distant relatives graves at a cemetary near Amiens, and everyone
on the tour supported us and paid their respects, as if he was one
of their own. A truly memorable day at Amiens.
Also the city itself was beautiful and we wished we could have stayed
there longer. Kind Regards, Ian

Hi, I would like to commend your Company
on the excellent Battlefield Tour I undertook 19/9/2011- Ref: PP1170 I
was able to visit both cemeteries in which my Great Uncles were buried,
as well as visiting many battlefields and areas where Australians were
involved. Sebastian, the driver and guide was excellent, very knowledgeable,
and informative. I will certainly recommend this tour to fellow Australians.

What
clients have to say:
Good Morning Antoine. I
have just had a visit from our clients who have just returned from their
European Holiday. Not sure if you remember but Mr. B. suffers from Parkinsons
and so therefore needed some special attention. They have come back absolutely
delighted with their experience with your people and couldn't speak highly
enough of the way they were treated and the Battlefield tour for Mr. B.
was one he will never forget. The hotel was fantastic and everyone went
out of their way to ensure they were ok. I would like to thank you very
much for all your help and assistance and will certainly be recommending
your Company to anyone looking for that little bit something extra.
